1. The Average Drive Time To Attend a Baxi Training Course Is Less Than 45 Minutes
Wherever you are, expert training isn’t far away. In fact, the average drive time to attend a Baxi training course is less than 45 minutes, which includes our Centre of Excellence, training academies and training hubs.
But if one of our physical locations is still out of reach or just not convenient for you, you can access our training resources through our social media channels. Our #TrainingTuesday video series brings the classroom to you wherever you are, with short videos on a range of topics from servicing and maintenance to installation and repairs.
In each short video, one of our expert trainers shares top tips and practical advice – perfect for even the busiest of installers. And if you don’t do social media, you can go to Baxi’s #trainingtuesday to watch our latest uploads.
2. Our Specialists Have Over 200 Years’ Experience
Our trainers are solutions experts with more than 200 combined years of practical industry experience and technical know-how to pass on to you.

3. We Offer FREE Courses
It’s safe to say we keep our experts pretty busy because as well as specialist courses, they offer their guidance on a range of free product training courses. These sessions are designed to give you no-nonsense training that puts tools in your hands rather than textbooks. They prepare you with everyday skills and accurately reflect the work you do day to day.
The one-day Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Product course, for example, is designed to improve your skills so you can work efficiently and confidently with the technology. The session covers how ASHPs work, our product range, installation considerations and latest updates on the BUS scheme and MCS.
