All Baxi Genuine Parts are rigorously tested and have been approved for use in our boilers, so we are proud for them to carry the 100% Baxi Genuine stamp of approval. Like you, we put quality, reliability and safety first. Use Baxi Genuine Parts to avoid any problems that could occur from using cheap, substandard counterfeit parts.
If you can’t find the boiler or part you're looking for, visit PartsArena, making it easy for you to find the part that you need.
Just because a counterfeit part fits our boiler, doesn’t mean it is manufactured to the same standard. Copy parts can be poor quality, unreliable and dangerous. If a part hasn’t been approved for use in our boiler, it is not guaranteed by us – and in the event of a breakdown, or in the worst case, an accident, the responsibility lies with the heating engineer who fitted it.
In our business, safety means everything, and Baxi Genuine Parts (formerly Interpart) has been a trusted supplier of high quality, genuine parts for over 30 years.
When you choose Baxi Genuine Parts, you can be confident:
Gas boilers are designed to perform at a high level for many years, withstanding wear and tear from constant heating up and cooling down, and the parts that carry gas must be certified to ensure they are safe.
Parts that are not supplied by the manufacturer, or have been refurbished, are not approved for use in boilers and do not carry the right certification. They can be unreliable, made from poor quality materials, and could be dangerous. They could lead to poor reliability of the boiler, costly call-outs and could make the boiler warranty invalid.
The person responsible for selling or installing counterfeit boilers parts, whether they are refurbished, reconditioned or modified, risks their reputation and is liable in the event of a prosecution.
A business selling copy parts becomes the manufacturer and, along with the installer, is liable for the safety of the part once it is installed. If they advertise the part, the seller is also breaking copyright and trademark laws and can be prosecuted.
Refurbished, reconditioned and modified parts - the business selling the parts must inform your that it is not the original manufactured product and must remove all original markings. They are ultimately liable for not complying with the correct certification.
Copy parts - the business selling copy parts becomes the manufacturer and, along with the installer, is liable for the safety of the product once it has been installed. If they advertise the part, the seller is also breaking copyright and trademark laws and can be prosecuted.
