Aberdeen Heating reaches registration milestone

Baxi Approved Installer Aberdeen Heating has registered over 3,000 boilers on the Baxi Works loyalty scheme, the first company to reach this milestone

Established in 1998, Aberdeen Heating installs heating, kitchens and bathrooms in North East Scotland. Husband and wife team, Andrew and Sandra Galloway, first started installing Baxi boilers in 2006. The business has grown over the years, and they now employ five installers and four apprentices, including their son Mark, who is in the final year of his apprenticeship. They also employ a bathroom fitter, electrician, plasterer and two joiners.

Sandra explains: “From the start, we have always received excellent support from Baxi and our Baxi representatives, and this has helped us to grow our business.

“Having such a positive experience, and the well-established brand name, reliability, great product range, has given us the confidence to recommend Baxi boilers to our customers and Baxi accounts for over 80% of our installations.  This, in turn, gives our customers confidence in the products we install.  They really like the new Baxi 800 range, with its 10-year warranty and free filter; it’s a very easy sell!

“We’ve always belonged to Baxi’s loyalty schemes, but when Baxi Works was launched a few years ago, we were delighted with all the benefits, and it has got even easier to register boilers for their warranty and carry out Gas Safe notifications.

“I knew we’d registered a high number of boilers on the scheme, but I had no idea that we’d reached 3,000.  It was a lovely surprise when our local Baxi representative, Andrew Wilson, and his divisional manager, Cameron Brown, visited us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate the news!” finishes Sandra.
