    • Step 2: Get installing

  • Install and register your first Baxi boiler, ASHP or cylinder on Baxi Works within 90 days of completing the first step.

    • Step 3 Get rewarded

    Receive additional welcome reward points of up to 5,500*

    Terms and Conditions

     

    1. The promoter is Baxi Heating UK Limited (company no. 03879156) (“Baxi”), whose registered office is at Brooks House, Coventry Road, Warwick, CV34 4LL.

       

    2. The promotion is open to:
      • Gas Safe registered heating installers whose business address is registered in United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, and who sign up to the Baxi Works loyalty
      programme on or after 24th June 2025.
      • Employees of Baxi are not eligible to participate.

       

    3. By entering the promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

       

    4. The promotion is valid from 24th June 2025 to 24th June 2026 (“the Promotional Period”). All qualifying actions (see Clause 5) must take place within this period.

       

    5. How to participate – Flexible 90-day completion window To participate in this promotion, you need to complete the following three actions in
      any order, within the Promotional Period, but all within a rolling 90-day period:
      • Baxi Works sign-up: Create a new account on Baxi Works (on or after 24th June 2025).
      • Training attendance: Attend an eligible free Baxi Training Session. The eligible training courses are Baxi Heat Pump Installer Course | Air Source Heat Pump Course
      or Free Baxi Product Training Courses - Product Training Courses | Air Source Heat Pump Product Training Day | Baxi Course
      • Product registration: Install and register the first Qualifying Product on Baxi Works (boiler, cylinder or heat pump). The 90-day window begins on the date of the first completed action and ends 90 days after. All actions must occur within that 90-day window to qualify for rewards.
       

      Once training attendance and Baxi Works sign-up have been completed within the same 90-day period, the participant will receive 1,400 Baxi Works points. Baxi will aim to credit points within 14 working days of verification.

       

    6. First product registration reward To receive additional points, the participant must install their first Qualifying Product (a Baxi boiler, cylinder, or heat pump). If a Qualifying Product is installed and registered via Baxi Works within the same 90-day window as the other two actions, participants will receive:
      • Cylinder – 1,400 Baxi Works points
      • Boiler – 2,800 Baxi Works points
      • Heat Pump – 5,500 Baxi Works points
      • Only one product registration reward will be issued per participant. To avoid any doubt, if you register more than one qualifying product, you will only be awarded
      points for the first registration.
       

    The promotion only applies to one Qualifying Product per participant, with the following Alpha Codes and are installed within the UK and registered through Baxi

    1. Any tax liability arising from the promotion is the sole responsibility of the participant. Baxi will not accept responsibility for any tax liabilities incurred.

    3. Verification: Baxi reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify participant eligibility, including:
      • Proof of Gas Safe registration
      • Baxi Works account activity
      • Training attendance
      • Installation details (e.g., invoices)
      • Membership dates or lapse status
      • Any attempt to abuse the promotion or falsify eligibility may result in disqualification.

       

    4. Baxi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice. No liability shall attach to Baxi as a result of any such changes.

       

    5. Baxi’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

       

    6. Any personal data collected will be used in accordance with the Baxi Works Terms and Conditions, the Baxi Privacy Notice and applicable data protection legislation.

       

    7. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
