Baxi HP40 Heat Pump £500 cashback promotion: 12th May 2025 – 30th April 2026
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is Baxi Heating UK Limited (company no. 03879156) (“Baxi”), whose registered office is at Brooks House, Coventry Road, Warwick, CV34 4LL.
2. The promotion is open to Baxi Works account holders within the United Kingdom aged 18 or over (“Participant”). Employees of Baxi, are not eligible to participate.
3. By entering the promotion, Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
4. The promotion is available exclusively for the HP40 range with the alpha codes listed in paragraph 5 (“Qualifying Product”) installed, commissioned and registered on Baxi Works between 00.01 (GMT) on 12th May 2025 and 23:59 (GMT) on 30th April 2026 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).

6. For the installation to be eligible for payment, the Qualifying Product must be installed, commissioned and supported by a valid MCS Installation Certificate. This document must be uploaded with each claim.
7. The promotion is a cashback promotion. Subject to these terms and conditions, Baxi will pay Participants £500 (including VAT) when they install and register a Qualifying Product on Baxi Works within the Promotional Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is uncapped.
A Qualifying Product serial number is unique and can only be claimed once.
Standard Works points will be awarded to Participants for all registered Qualifying Product
8. Upon registering a Qualifying Product in Baxi Works, the Participant is required to add bank details in the “My Offers” section of the Baxi Works account held by the Participant requesting that they submit their account name, UK bank account number and sort code. These details need to be added on each individual claim.
9. The Participant is responsible for ensuring they enter the correct bank details. Baxi will only accept the bank details of the company / business that is registered on Baxi Works. Participants are responsible for ensuring their Baxi Works account has the correct company / business name and the correct bank details. Baxi will not accept personal bank details, unless Baxi can be satisfied that as a sole trader the Participant is using their personal account as a business account.
10. Baxi will not accept the bank details of any business partners, family members, friends or other third parties. Baxi will only make payments to the company that is registered on Baxi Works. Under no circumstances will payments be made to non-UK accounts.
11. If a Participant has not provided Baxi with valid bank account details (either has provided no bank account details or the wrong bank details), their claim will be marked as invalid, and the Participant will not receive the payment. Baxi are not responsible to contact any Participants to update or provide their bank details. Valid bank account details must be provided no later than 30th April 2026 23:59. Baxi accepts no liability for any losses which result from a Participant not providing their bank account details or providing incorrect bank details.
12. Baxi will endeavour to make payments to qualifying Participants within 28 days of the claim. However, Participants should allow until 45 days for any payments to be made. Payment will be made by BACS to the UK bank account details provided by the Participant.
13. The payment will be made to the Participant’s bank account only. The payment is not transferable.
14. Baxi will not be liable for any bank charges or other fees that may be incurred by the Participant in respect of any cashback payment.
15. Qualifying Products will not be eligible for any other promotion or support from Baxi.
16. Any tax liability arising from the promotion is the sole responsibility of the Participant. Baxi will not accept responsibility for any tax liabilities incurred.

18. Baxi reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the eligibility of Participants in the promotion, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of membership of Baxi Works, and proof of purchase by way of invoice, and to withdraw the promotion and/or disqualify any Participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where a Participant has gained advantage from participating in or used fraudulent means to qualify for the promotion.
19. Baxi reserves the right to withdraw or amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time and without notice. Participants will be deemed to agree that no liability shall attach to Baxi as a result of any withdrawal, amendment or alteration.
20. Baxi’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Any personal data relating to Participants will be used solely in accordance with Baxi Works Terms and Condition, and our Baxi Privacy Notice and current data protection legislation.
22. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
