What is the agenda for a Baxi training course?
The agenda for each Baxi training course will vary slightly according to the topic, however each typically begins with your trainer giving you a product overview followed by a talk through the latest industry insights. This will be followed by practical sessions in the workshop, where you'll spend the majority of your time, as well as scheduled breaks for you to catch up on business activities, network with others on the course, or simply enjoy a drink and a snack.
If you are on a free product training day, there will be a brief session with the local Baxi area sales manager to learn about Baxi Works, current promotions and the advantages of working with Baxi.
