D&G Boiler Care plans are designed to help you avoid the hassle of a breakdown. You will be provided with an expert Gas Safe engineer, ongoing hints and tips and access to D&G Boiler Care portal for online bookings.

†To be eligible for a System & Service plan, your appliance warranty is required to have a minimum of 13 months left before its expiry.
*For Gold & Platinum plans if we are not able to repair your boiler or we decide that it is beyond repair, Domestic & General will arrange for your boiler to be replaced with a new one, up to the value of £750. Installation costs are not included.
