Does the Baxi AquaHeat range come with any remote monitoring or control capabilities?

All Baxi AquaHeat models are compatible with our Baxi Data Management, Mercurius platform.

The Mercurius platform is a secure and responsive web portal, accessible from any device, anytime, anywhere providing real time monitoring and control of the HIUs within your project(s).

Read on for more about the Mercurius platform and how it can be used to maintain efficiency of your heating system, or watch the video.

Remote monitoring to maintain efficiency

Mercurius allows for real-time monitoring of the system and identifies potential issues to be resolved. Real-time monitoring also helps find the right fix to issues first time, resulting in a swift resolution and targeted maintenance where it’s needed most.

Greater visibility also identifies where improvements can be made to maximise efficient operation and prevent issues before they arise, so you can be assured that your HIU will work as you expect it to, when you need it.

Using remote monitoring for safety

The Mercurius platform uses automated alerts to allow engineers to diagnose a problem and find a solution without even having to be onsite. Should there be a need for an engineer to be onsite, then they can be sure that they have all the information they need to make the right fix.
