Baxi Terms and Conditions & Carno Consent Form
Baxi Heating UK Limited (referred to here as “Baxi Heating”, “we”, “our”, “us”), is keen to ensure that you are successful in your heat pump journey. We believe that the Carno App is a great tool that will assist you with your endeavours as a Baxi Heat Pump Installer, therefore we are offering you free access to the Carno design tool on the below terms and conditions.
Once you have registered your interest with us, we will allocate a subscription account to you and will share your details with Carno. Carno will then send an email directly to you with an invite to create your user account. You will have 7 days from receipt of the invitation email to create your user account. Please note, that in case you fail to create your account within the above time limit, we shall have the right to revoke your licence. Please also note that we reserve the right to revoke your free licence at any time for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Please note that your access will be subject to your acceptance of Carno’s terms and conditions and the agreement formed at the time when you create your account is solely between you and Carno. Carno is responsible for dealing with claims, disputes or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the contract between you and Carno. Please note that Baxi is not an agent of Carno.
Your access to the Carno App will be funded by Baxi for an initial 3 months. During this period, Carno will share user activity data with Baxi for monitoring purposes and should Baxi deem your use of the app to be satisfactory then Baxi may consider extending the duration of your free licence.
