Yes, our nationwide network of Baxi Customer Support engineers are employed by Baxi and are Gas Safe registered. Every engineer undergoes regular training, so they know our boilers inside out. This means that they are usually able to get boilers up and running again very quickly.
Our engineers have well-equipped vans and carry all the Baxi Genuine Parts required to carry out services and most repairs. The parts they use off the van are replenished overnight, so they don’t have to wait for parts, meaning they can usually fix a boiler at the first visit. On rare occasions when this is not possible, the part needed can be delivered overnight, straight into the engineer’s van, so it will be ready for them the next day.
We do sometimes use carefully selected subcontractors for work in remote areas, such as the highlands of Scotland, where we do not have our own engineers, or during the busiest times of the year, to help with annual servicing. The companies we use are Gas Safe registered, fully trained on our products and meet the high standards of work that we expect.
