Repair and Care
Baxi has partnered with Domestic & General to offer you a repair plan for your boiler. This is an annual plan between you and Domestic & General which will cover the initial one-off-repair (where repairable) and then provide on-going maintenance and support for your boiler and controls. Repairs to your boiler will be carried out by Baxi Gas Safe engineers.
Step 1
Your Details
The data you provide will be shared with Domestic & General in order that they can provide the services to you under the Repair and Care plan. Baxi will only use your data to carry out the repair service under your plan. Please see the Domestic & General privacy notice, and the Baxi privacy policy for more information.
Important Notices
- A warm air unit; electric oil boiler or combiner heat power unit/
- A commercial or industrial grade / controls, such as one with more than 200,000 BTU/HR 58.6K input or output
- Located on a boat or in a mobile home
- Postcodes excluded from the Repair and Care service: EC, GY, HR2-6, HS, IM (Isle of Mann), IV, JE, KA27-28, KA31-KA99, KW, LD, LL 21, 23, 24+35-99, PA15-PA99, PH, PO (Isle of Wight), SA30-SA99, SW1, SY12-SY99, TR21-25, WC, W1, ZE (See our Important Information page for more information)

Reserve an Appointment
At Baxi our customers come first, so we will make every effort to meet your required date and appointment timing. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.
Can the engineer safely and legally park at your property?
The parking should be within 100 yards of your home for the onsite visit. For example, providing parking permits, if there are restrictions to on-street parking or providing a dedicated parking spot.

Your Repair and Care plan provided by Domestic & General
What is included

Initial repair by an expert Baxi engineer to get you back up and running

If we can't fix your initial boiler fault or if the boiler is beyond economic repair, we'll refund 100% of your payment

Ongoing hints and tips to keep the boiler in good working order

On subsequent repairs, if the boiler is beyond economical repair, you will receive a replacement boiler up to the value of £750

Exclusive access to Domestic & General’s Boiler care portal to keep your boiler in good working order

Maintenance checks at the same time as your initial repair to help maintain your boiler

Repairs up to value of the £1,500 if your boiler stops working

Next day appointments subject to availability and time of booking

Manage your repairs online through the D&G boiler care portal

You will be charged £36.99 per month for 12 months totalling £443.88 by Direct Debit (12-month minimum term applies).

When your plan ends
If you pay by Direct Debit, your maintenance and support will automatically continue for another year with a new plan, unless you inform Domestic & General otherwise.

Please pay Domestic & General by Direct Debit from the account detailed in this instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand this instruction may remain with Domestic & General and if so details will be passed electronically to my bank/building society.
Confirmation of Direct Debit instruction
The company name which will appear on your bank statement against Direct Debits will be Domestic & General Services Ltd.
