Our Apprenticeships
Whether you’re good with numbers or have a way with words, like making
things or just want to make a difference, Baxi is a great place to start your
career. We offer apprenticeships for a variety of different roles at our head
office in Warwick and manufacturing site in Preston, including Administration and Finance, Health & Safety, Procurement, and everything in between.
Whichever role you choose, you can rely on our support every step of the way. You’ll be working towards nationally recognised qualifications, from level 3 all the way up to a master’s degree. Terms vary from 15 months to 6 years, with four days a week on site in Warwick or Preston and one day a week at College or University.

Our specially designed Baxi Apprentice residential course is open for all first year Apprentices. As well as being a lot of fun, it also helps develop leadership, communication to collaboration skills in keeping with our core values - One Team, Customer Focus and Sustainable Future.

Baxi Service Engineer Apprenticeships
Learn real-world skills from some of the best engineers in the business and gain nationally recognised qualifications:
- Field Training: Gain invaluable practical experience by working alongside seasoned heating engineers in real-world settings. This on-the-job training will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field.
- Academic Study: Complement your practical training with academic coursework as you work towards your Gas Engineering Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard at college. This ensures you have a solid theoretical foundation to support your hands-on skills.
Baxi Office Based Apprenticeships
Gain valuable experience and skills in a corporate environment, working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you every step of the way:
- Diverse Roles: Choose from a range of Apprenticeship roles in Finance, HR, and Marketing and more allowing you to find the perfect fit for your interests and career goals.
- Prime Locations: Most roles are based at Baxi’s Head Office in Warwick, with additional opportunities available at the Preston site, giving you flexibility in your work location.

Construction Inclusion Coalition
- Baxi has partnered with 8 major organisations across the construction sector to establish the Construction Inclusion Coalition (CIC) to improve equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the sector
- New polling shows nearly half of Brits (46%) say they’d be more likely
to actively seek out employment opportunities in the construction
industry if it demonstrated a stronger commitment to diversity and
inclusion
- New coalition will initially focus on increasing collaboration,
networking and knowledge sharing across the sector
