Repair & Care

Repair & Care is a maintenance & support plan that provides an initial repair followed by ongoing maintenance and support for your boiler and controls

Initial repair by expert Baxi engineer to get you up and running
Engineer call-out, parts, labour and VAT for 12 months
If we can't fix your initial boiler fault, we will refund 100% of your payment
Repairs up to the value of £1,500 if your boiler fails the annual service or stops working
Flexible payment options - from £30.80 per month
Ongoing hints and tips to keep your boiler in good working order
If your boiler is deemed beyond repair on 2nd or subsequent repairs, then a replacement boiler will be provided up to the value of £750.00

One-off Repair

One-off repair is a single, fixed price repair on your boiler, carried out by one of our expert Baxi engineers

Includes:

Engineer call-out, parts, labour and VAT
If we can't fix your boiler, we'll only charge a £90 inspection fee and refund the rest of your payment
Parts are guaranteed for 12 months following the repair and labour is covered for 90 days
