Our service division is Baxi Customer Support. Our aim is simple - to keep Britain warm by offering free aftersales support to customers during their warranty period, and providing a range of out of warranty services.
Based in Warwick, our in-house customer contact centre is open 363 days of the year. We have a dedicated and skilled team on hand to help you with your enquiry.
We have a nationwide network of highly skilled, Gas Safe registered engineers. Baxi Customer Support engineers are all trained to be experts in Baxi products so you can relax, safe in the knowledge that we are more qualified than any other to service or repair your appliance.
