Your customers will likely want to apply for certain grants to help them with the cost of an air source heat pump installation. Grants such as the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), which allows eligible homes to access a grant of up to £7500, will require you to be MCS-registered or be operating under an MCS Umbrella Scheme like ours.
Carrying out projects through the Baxi MCS Umbrella Scheme demonstrates a commitment to quality. Your customers can take advantage of grants and incentives whilst also having confidence that your work is carried out to MCS standards. Our cashback promotion
Boost the value of your installs by earning £500 cashback for every qualifying Baxi HP40 or Baxi HP60 Air Source Heat Pump you fit until the 31st of July*.
Install, commission, and register your qualifying* products on Baxi Works, with a valid MCS Installation Certificate by 31st July to get your reward. There’s no limit on your earning potential, for each additional qualifying product registered, you’ll earn an extra £500 and earn points too!
We aim to make it simple to get your reward. Just follow these steps to make your cashback claim through Baxi Works:
• Log into your Baxi Works account.
• Click on the ‘My Offers’ button located in the top navigation bar.
• Select the promotion titled ‘Baxi HP40 Heat Pump £500 cashback promotion’ or the promotion titled 'Baxi HP60 Heat Pump £500 cashback promotion'.
• Step 1: Product details (this requires you to submit the product serial number, read and accept the Terms and Conditions).
• Step 2: Enter your bank details (this requires you to read the instructions on the page and then complete and submit the bank details form).
• Step 3: Confirmation (you will receive confirmation that your cashback claim has been submitted).
Making the most of the cashback promotion
We’ll endeavour to pay cashback within 28 days after a successful installation and claim submission, but you should allow up to 45 days. This can help with managing cashflow and improving the return on every job.
You can still benefit from the promotion even without your own MCS certification, as our MCS Umbrella Scheme covers certification and compliance on your behalf.
Once your heat pump installation is complete, add your registered and commissioned heat pump details along with valid MCS certification to Baxi Works, and submit your claim for qualifying installation.
