Technical advice is available to contractors and engineers working with Potterton products.

Whether you're a contractor working on social housing properties or an engineer working on new builds, our technical support line is available to provide answers to any technical related questions you may have.

Our technical advice team is made up of experienced gas engineers who have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to installing, servicing and repairing Potterton boilers. They have access to a number of boilers, allowing them to see exactly what you're seeing which helps to quickly identify the problem as you describe it.
