I pay for an annual service as part of my maintenance and support plan. My service has been cancelled. Will I get a refund?

We are sorry we have had to cancel your annual service. We are prioritising repairs at the moment, including those for vulnerable people and key workers. We will contact you at a later date to rearrange your annual service. This will not affect the warranty on your boiler.
