My boiler is still under warranty and the service visit has been cancelled (either by the installer or Baxi Customer Support). Will my warranty still be valid?

Yes. If your boiler is under warranty, we will offer flexibility around servicing timescales under the current circumstances, so that if your boiler's service is delayed, either by Baxi or your local gas safe installer, your warranty remains valid.
