How to book a service online

If you have a Baxi Maintenance and Support plan for your boiler, you can now book your service online at Domestic &General Ltd. 

Step one - My Plans
1. Visit www.domesticandgeneral.com/my-account and create an account or log in using your username and password
2. If you cannot see details of your appliance select import a plan. Enter your plan number in the pop up box and click import. If you can see your details, select view/edit plan on the relevant appliance
3. Select request a repair

Step two - Repair Manager

1. Fill out the product and contact details and select confirm your details
2.Select the annual service option and select continue
3. Select services on the drop down menu and annual service on the second drop down that appears. Once completed, select continue
4. Confirm that your boiler is in good working order by selecting yes
5. Confirm that the engineer will have somewhere safe and legal to park with a parking permit (if required) by selecting yes
6. Confirm that the area around the appliance will be clear before they arrive by selecting yes
7.Let us know whether there is any health or wellbeing reasons we need to be aware of and select continue

Step 3 - Your Repair 

1. You can now book an engineer to carry out your annual service. Select book visit
2. Select your day and time slot and select book my repair
3. Your booking should now be confirmed! Keep your booking details and repair centre details safe
