As soon as you receive the £400 voucher from the EST, you can commission work to begin on your boiler replacement.
Once the work has been completed, you'll receive an invoice from the installer. Pay the invoice in full, but then send the invoice and voucher to the EST.
Within 25 working days, the EST will reimburse the £400 to you directly.
Bear in mind that if you proceed with your installation before you receive your voucher, this will invalidate your claim.
