As soon as you receive the £400 voucher from the Energy Saving Trust (EST), you can get your new boiler installed.
Once the work has been completed, you'll receive an invoice from the installer. Pay the invoice in full, and then send both the invoice and the voucher to the EST within 18 weeks of the date the voucher was issued.
Within 25 working days, the EST will reimburse the £400 to you directly.
Bear in mind that if you proceed with your installation before you receive your voucher, this will invalidate your claim.
