Who is the course aimed at?

Installers, heating engineers and maintenance engineers who require greater understanding of unvented hot water storage systems.

How does the course work?

• You will receive a Home Study pack which contains a course manual and workbook.
• You will study the course manual, complete the workbook and bring your home study pack to the course where the workbook will be reviewed.
• There will be a training session dealing with further aspects of domestic unvented hot water systems.
• You'll then undertake both a written and practical assessment. The assessments are marked on the day and successful candidates will receive a certificate from CITB in due course. 

Aims of the course

On receipt of their certificates, candidates will be qualified to install, commission and service unvented hot water systems.
