Once you've confirmed your eligibility for a Boiler Scrappage Scheme grant, your next step is to contact a Gas Safe registered installer. You can find your nearest Baxi installer here.
Get a quote for replacing your Band G boiler with a new Band A boiler and/or low or zero carbon appliance. If you're not sure which Baxi Band A boiler would make the ideal replacement for you, see our product comparison or ask your installer.
Once you have your quote, you'll need to contact the EST (on 0800 512 012 or boilerscrappage@est.org.uk) and provide them with the following details:
- Your name and address
- The make and model of the Band G boiler being replaced
- The company name, address and contact details of the installer carrying out the work
- The type of replacement boiler and/or low or zero carbon appliance being installed
Upon confirming your eligibility, the EST will issue you with a £400 voucher. The voucher should arrive within 10 working days, and remains valid for 12 weeks.
Please note - no vouchers will be sent out before the 18th January 2010
