Baxi Solarflo - meeting the challenge of the 21st century

Baxi Solarflo solar thermal domestic hot water systems harness the free solar energy from the sun and use it to provide hot water for the home.  During the summer up to 100% of domestic hot water can be generated, and the fuel costs for heating water can be reduced by up to 55% annually.

For convenience, the Baxi Solarflo package comprises all the components needed to complete the installation:

• On-roof flat plate collector panels for retrofitting or in-roof collectors that can be incorporated into the roof structure of newbuild properties or homes being extended
• Hydraulic control pump station, designed to maximise the efficiency of the system, which incorporates the solar control that can measure solar gain in kW hours and control the auxiliary heat source during the winter months
• Heatrae Sadia Megatech or Megalife twin coil solar hot water storage cylinder (which can be supplied either as part of the package or separately from your supplier)
• Flashing kits for slates or tiles
• Accessories, including solar fluid, roof mounting brackets, DHW solar hot water blending valve etc

Solarflo flat plate collector panels carry a 10-year transferable warranty; there is a 25-year transferable warranty on the inner container off Heatrae Sadia Megatech and Megalife cylinders; and a 2-year transferable warranty on all other components.  The Baxi Solarflo package is backed by a national technical support and after sales service and comprehensive accredited solar installation training is available.
