All Baxi Customer Support engineers are trained to repair or service Heatrae Sadia's domestic cylinders, providing essential protection for your heating system.
With a first time fix rate of over 95% and access to over 250 manufacturer trained engineers, you can trust Baxi with your cylinder repairs. You can purchase a protection plan to cover the initial cylinder repair and then further protect your product for the following 12 months, covering any new faults that may occur; if a repair is not possible on the engineer visit, you will be given a full refund. One off repairs are also available for your cylinder without the additional 12 months cover.

Cylinder protection plans
- Breakdown protection - our cylinder protection plan will protect your cylinder and the associated components against electrical and mechanical faults. The price of your plan includes any callouts required, and parts and labour charges*
- Baxi engineers and Genuine Parts - only Baxi approved engineers and parts are used for repairs to the cylinder and associated components. Find out more about the importance of using genuine parts
- Direct Debit Option - you can pay for the plan over 12 months taking advantage of a £10 direct debit discount*, this can then be renewed for the life of the cylinder. This discount will apply for each year the plan is renewed.
