Baxi Terms and Conditions
Baxi's Golden Boot Challenge:
1. To enter, the participant must first enter the Baxi Guess the Mileage Competition (see separate terms and conditions for details on how to enter into that Competition).
2. Participants will be given 45 seconds to get as many balls as possible through the hole. Participants will be given 30 balls in the allocated time.
3. The Golden Boot Challenge is open to Gas Safety Registered Installers. Participants will be asked to produce their Gas Safety Register ID Card prior to entry.
4. Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
5. Participants may have up to three attempts at the Golden Boot Challenge.
6. Subject to weather conditions and circumstances outside the Promoter's control, the Golden Boot Challenge will take place between May 17th 2010 and July 9th 2010 at participating merchant branches. 7. The winner of the Golden Boot Challenge is the participant who gets the most balls through the hole.
8. There will only be one winner per event.
9. Where two or more participants score an equal number of goals, the winner will be the participant whose answer to the Guess the Mileage Competition is closest to the exact number of miles travelled (see terms and conditions of Guess the Mileage competition for more details).
10. Names and Counties of winning participants will be made available on written request to Baxi UK Limited of Brooks House, Coventry Road, Warwick, CV34 4LL
11. Each winner of the Golden Boot Challenge will receive £500 cash (inclusive of VAT).
12. Winners are responsible for the tax implications arising from winning the £500 prize
13. Winners of the Golden Boot Challenge will receive notification of their win in writing or by telephone within 14 days of participation.
14. Winners will receive their prize within one month of participation.
15. Payment of prize will be by cheque made payable to the winning participant as detailed on the entry form and will be sent by post to the address specified on the entry form.
16. Participants must ensure that their correct details are entered onto the entry form in a legible manner.
17. The Promoter's decision as to the operation of the Golden Boot Challenge will be final.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in the Promoter's opinion events or circumstances occur outside the Promoter's control.
19. Winners may be required to take part in post event publicity.
20. Entry to the Golden Boot Challenge is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. Participants partake in the Golden Boot Challenge at their own risk. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to participants' involvement in the Challenge.

Guess the Mileage Competition
1. To enter the competition, entrants must complete a Guess the Mileage entry form. Entry forms can be found at participating merchant branches prior to the event. Entry forms will also be available on the day of the events. For full details of participating merchants and dates of the Roadshow, please visit www.baxi.co.uk/roadshow.
2. The Guess the Mileage Competition is open to Gas Safety Registered Installers. Entrants will be asked to produce their Gas Safety Register ID Card and must enter their Gas Safety Register ID number on the entry form.
3. Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
4. Only one entry per installer is permitted.
5. The competition starts on 17 May 2010 and ends at 17.00 on 9 July 2010.
6. There will be one winner of this competition.
7. The winner will be the entrant whose answer is closest to the number of miles that the Promoter has covered throughout the Roadshow. The correct mileage will be measured electronically and will be verified by an independent witness.
8. Where two or more entrants correctly guess (or have the closest answers matching in mileage to) the number of miles travelled throughout the Roadshow, those entrants names will be put into a draw and one correct entry will be drawn independently and at random.
9. The Promoter's decision as to the operation of the competition (and subsequent draw, if required) will be final.
10. The name and county of the winner will be made available on written request to Baxi UK Limited of Brooks House, Coventry Road, Warwick, CV34 4LL
11. The winner will receive 1x Sony Playstation 3, 1 x additional controller, and 1 x FIFA 2010 World Cup game.
12. The winner is responsible for the tax implications arising from winning the prize
13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the prize and offer a substitute prize of equal value if necessary.
14. No cash alternative is available.
15. The winner will receive notification of their win in writing within 14 days of the closing date of the competition.
16. The winner will receive their prize within one month of notification of their win.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in the Promoter's opinion events or circumstances occur outside the Promoter's control.
18. Entry to this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Table Football Giveaway:
1. Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with this offer are excluded.
2. This offer is open to all active members of the Baxi Rewards scheme. Installers who are not yet members can complete a registration form on the day, which will be processed in accordance with the normal terms & conditions of Baxi Rewards.
3. To receive a free table football game participants must purchase a Baxi boiler at one of the Baxi Roadshow events.
4. Following their purchase, participants can obtain a voucher from Roadshow staff on production of full and valid proof of purchase for a Baxi product on the day of the event. This voucher can be used to redeem their free table football game.
5. For full details of participating merchants and dates of the Roadshow, please visit www.baxi.co.uk/roadshow.
6. Participants who become members of the Baxi Reward scheme on the day of the event must register their voucher online at www.baxirewards.co.uk. Instructions on how to redeem their gift are detailed on the voucher. These participants will have until the 31 July 2010 to register the promotional barcode issued on the voucher in their reward account on www.baxirewards.co.uk. Their gift will be sent to them within one month of registration.
7. For participants who are already members of Baxi Rewards, Baxi Area Sales managers will take a copy of the proof of purchase and the member's details. The gift will be sent to participants within one month of Baxi receiving completed paperwork from the Area Sales Managers.
8. This offer is only open to Gas Safety Registered Installers. Participants will be asked to produce their Gas Safety Register ID Card and must provide their Gas Safety Register ID number along with a corresponding business address.
9. The voucher will entitle the participant to a 1 x 3ft table top football game.
10. Participants are only entitled to one table football game each.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the gift and offer a substitute gift of equal or greater value if necessary.
