Baxi Group exhibits at GAIN conference
Baxi Group was one of more than 30 manufacturers and suppliers of boilers and heating equipment, microgeneration measures and insulation who exhibited at the Grant Aided Heating Installers Network (GAIN) conference and exhibition entitled: 'Will incentives move the renewables market?', held at the National Motorcycle Museum, in Birmingham recently.
The award winning Baxi Bermuda high efficiency back boiler unit, Baxi Ecogen micro-CHP and Baxi Biomass were among the products on show on the Baxi Group stand.
This was the second annual conference organised by GAIN. It was sponsored by eaga Plc, who manages the Government Warm Front scheme, and Scottish Power Energy Retail Ltd. Nearly 300 registered social landlords, and suppliers and installers from the industry attended the Conference and visited the exhibition.
The Grant Aided Heating Installers' Network (GAIN) has been established to support heating and renewables installers involved in grant-aided schemes and specifically the Government Warm Front Scheme in England, HEES in Wales, Warm Deal in Scotland and Warm Homes in Northern Ireland; CERT and CESP schemes as managed by energy suppliers; DECC's Low Carbon Buildings Programme, and local authority schemes etc.
