What you need to book a boiler repair
When you book your boiler repair we'll ask for the following:
- The address and postcode where the appliance is installed
- The installer name and address
- The appliance serial number
Where to find your boiler serial number
The serial number can be found on a barcode sticker, either
- inside the drop-down flap at the bottom of the boiler, or
- on the top of the boiler, or
- inside the main front panel
