If your Baxi boiler requires an engineer visit and is still under warranty you should first contact the installer. 

If they have not been able to resolve the issue, then please call our dedicated team on 0844 871 1545 and we'll arrange a visit from a Gas Safe registered heateam engineer in your area.  Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain on 1 April 2009.

IMPORTANT!

When you call us, please provide:

  • Appliance installation address including postcode
  • Installer name and address
  • Appliance serial number

Your serial number

The serial number can be found on a barcode sticker:

  • Inside the drop-down flap at the bottom of the boiler, or
  • On the top of the boiler, or
  • Inside the main front panel
