Field Gas Service Engineers

Are you looking to develop your career with the leading name in the industry?  You will have relevant experience combined with current ACS, CCN1 and CEN1, and will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in system service and breakdown.

In addition, you will have excellent customer service skill, be self-reliant and relish working as part of a motivated team. In return, we will provide you with genuine career prospects and ongoing training to support your success.

Based: Nationwide

Customer Service Advisors

If your attention to detail is combined with a great deal of common sense, you could be perfect for this responsible and rewarding role in which you'll play a big part in maintaining our reputation for quality customer service.

You'll be dealing with after-sales calls on both an inbound and outbound basis, and it's important that you're able to obtain the right information in order to ensure the effective use of our field team's valuable time.  For this role you will need to accurately log calls and data, and make the most of every opportunity to generate additional income.

As you'll be working closely with customers and colleagues, you must be able to negotiate and communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing.  The ability to turn a potentially negative situation into a positive one is essential, as is an eye for detail.

Based: Warwick
